GLAFKOS N.RAPHAEL & CO, Law office, will be shortly be completing 53 YEARS of practice in Cyprus. Being a medium sized Law Firm, we pride ourselves for offering personal attention to all clients in most fields of Legal Activity in Cyprus and abroad.

Glafkos N.Raphael, Barrister-at-Law, founding partner of the firm, began practicing in Famagusta in 1956. In 1963 the practice base of the firm moved to Nicosia where the principal base remains. Up to 1974 the firm maintained offices in Famagusta the operation of which was suspended due to the Turkish occupation of Famagusta since August 1974.

In 1987 the firm was formally registered as a Partnership maintaining associate offices in all towns in Cyprus as well as in major cities abroad (see associate offices).

We regard Company Formation and International Sports Consulting Services as the specialisation fields of our firm.

Our Company Formation and Administration Services are provided through HOMERLAW COMPANY MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED. The company is situated in separate independent premises and provides clients with conference and meeting facilities in addition to Directors, Secretarial and Registered office accounting and Auditions Services. Our office operates associate offices in Athens, Thessaloniki, Buchurest and Moscow our partners can meet you at your convenience and assist your company’s or personal corporate requirements.

Our clients in the Litigation and General Consulting field include several Leading Companies in the General Trading, Services, Travel, Freight Forwarding and Logistics industries as well as the Soft Drink, Foodstuff, Catering, Entertainment and Betting industries.
